they left out alot of stuff the book is way more detailed your hopping for something that happends in the book to happen then it dosent like what about him haveing to wear freaks mom shirt then rooling around in the mud, and his mom running around the kitchen talking about max's mom and gram worrying about them going to return the purse . thumbs up if you agree!

Well when they turn books into movies that have less time. They try and fill it with what they think is important. It also has to meet the authors ok. I agree movies are never as good as the book it comes close :) I Agree.
