They are on leave with pay. They pepper spay students today and can stay home for a month. don't have to work still got payed. They love it !

The chancellor need to resign or the board of trustees need to fire her. Place on administrative leave? Are u kidding me. They get paid of doing nothing. Do you know there are many police retired with 6 figure pension? Because they count overtime as part of the salary. Place on administrative leave is a joke. The head of PD need to be fired and squad leader fired also. Don't be a fool. Except you can take away their pension they still get paid.

UC, children, in Olden Days Civil Disobedience had two well understood components: First, you disobeyed a law you felt was unjust; Two you suffered the consequences.

Fast forward. Since the 90s a new paradigm has arisen: First, lefties disobey a law for whatever reason. Two, the authorities drop the charges and everyone has a good sneering laugh at the system.

It's good to see some consequences administered in a way that can't be escaped. Good work, officer. (Stings, doesn't it.)

"Charles J. Kelly, a former Baltimore Police Department lieutenant who wrote the department’s use of force guidelines, said pepper spray is a “compliance tool” that can be used on subjects who do not resist..."

Kelly also said “What I’m looking at is fairly standard police procedure” after viewing a video of the incident.
