This is a joke right? Edwards is teaming up with Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez's buddy Danny Glover. 49% of the people in Venezuela live on less than $2 a day, yet the country receives billions upon billions of dollars each year in oil revenue. What does Chavez do with this money?
