11-21-2011. Russia May Issue International Arrest Warrant on Couple After Judge Lets them Walk in York County, Dillsburg, PA on Friday.
Every U.S. parent who's child has been tortured, raped, murdered in state custody can relate to this. They always walk.
Perhaps the Russians will get justice for one of their own, as will NOT happen in the U.S., esp Pedsylvania.

This is absolutely horrid. How many stupid people are in this world? This reminds me - and this is going to sound like an anti-adoption rant - but it's not - of my studies in evolutionary biology - we are related to our children by 1/2, our grandchildren by 1/4, etc In nature parents care for those they are related to but neglect the others. There are only a few reliable instances of caring for young when there is no relatedness. As humans we are supposed to be able to overcome this selfishness.

I get angry when I hear child abuse and even more when they're torture and killed. No money in the world would make me defend a case like that if I was a lawyer, couldn't live with that.

Sept 1, 2011. Secret jury selection held in local Russian adopted child death case. A York County judge said info was withheld from court calendar + dockets intentionally. Anyone disputing this can appeal to a higher court. Trial begins Sept 6 - ydr (dot) com/crime/ci_18797513
I doubt this precious child will get justice in York County PA, where even officials protect their own. Foster/adoptive parents claim the little boy killed himself - 100+ injuries, 20 to brain, emaciated body?! Hang them!

Time + again, court + county officials have intervened to protect Children and Youth Services + other insiders from scrutiny and blame while kids continue to be hurt. York County in central PA where a 7yo Russian boy was beaten to death by his adoptive parents has a long history of negligence involving its Children and Youth Services

they should take that dam paper from that womans face. that bitch doesnt deserve any dignity for what she'd done to that poor defenseless boy. cant believe they gave that bitch paper. their punishment should be the exact same thing they did to him. and make it slow and painful.

This is so tragic for any child anywhere to endure. I hope the parents have the full measure of the law thrown at them.
I have worked in a Russian orphanage and I assure you that this kind of thing goes on even in the orphanages. I witnessed beatings, starvation, and exposure as one child was left naked in the corner to die. Children all over the world are abused by parents and caretakers so we must all be active in stopping it and prosecuting it to the fullest extent of the law.

Sept 17, 2010. The York County couple accused of beating adopted Russian son to death are seeking contact w the boy's twin sister, Elizabeth, 8. Elizabeth is being cared for in an undisclosed location. Mag District Judge Thomas ordered the couple have no contact w their daughter at their arraignment

Baby trafficking in god's name - Blasphemy by The Whores of Babylon. - Ivan/ Nathaniel was adopted from Dom Rebyonka #9 in Troitsk, Chelyabinsk region. He was placed through LUTHERN SOCIAL SERVICES of the South, Austin, Tx. LSS lost its accreditation on May 20, 2005 + closed its Russian program.
