Sometimes their cheaper and esp considering you dont need a lot of weight for dumbells when ur workout takes place at home, its the ideal type. he probably bought these used (unless he says otherwise) like my friend.. n ur question scared me at first.. had to do a double take lmao

  • Thanks Brandon! I am incorporating some of your moves into a circuit that I will be doing every other day along with high intensity interval training (thanks for showing us how to do that on the treadmill - I did that for 20 minutes yesterday and feel great). Peace from Chi-Town :-)

  • @SKILLErElvurn What he's talking about is HIIT which is not recommended if your abs aren't strong enough, you'll just end up with pain for about a week without the chance of properly training and high risk of over training (which actually weakens you and shrinks your muscles). Do some cardio focusing on the abs and workout your entire body every day, a different area. Remember to rest 1 or 2 days before you return to each area of the body (upper, core and bottom) or you'll over train yourself.

  • Respect my friend. I gotto try these out sometimes .I worked out alot before i started my martial arts training and i still do from time to time.. Can i ask you for some advice since you seem to be an expert on this? Do you have any good workout tips for training by back into a more v shape??

  • @ossie19681 Try Widegrip pull-ups.. add weight if you are finding them too easy.. use an assist machine if you find them too difficult.. put really tense your lats all the way and arch your spine so your butt is sticking out as you do them..

  • @muscleman677 Yeah, I do as many different workouts for shoulders in 1 session as he shows, but I definitely don't do 3 sets for each one. I'd feel like I was overdoing it, especially when I can only max out at about 8 reps per set.

  • Its a great video but I can say it would not be for beginners just like me. I do cross in a site a few months ago and have to use their workout plan and it feels great for me. I thought it might help some of you. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can still check it on my profile.

  • CRAP! i find it really hard to add weight/gain strength for my lateral raises.. i hit em hard with proper nutrition but im still stuck with the same weight for a few months

  • @EricCartmanFTW You are on a Plateau. Try to take a week off (no workouts at all) so you can give your deltoids and overall muscles time to recover. If that doent work for you, try to work hard on shoulder press and frontal raises so you can get your deltoids stronger and when you go back to lateral raises youll be probably out of the plateau.
