This project looks fantastic. Good Work! Hey you might like our 3d sidescroller to. It was done in Irrlicht and used Newton Game Dynamics for physics. I uploaded some videos to my youtube channel. Its called "Wisker: Tale of the Star Key". Maybe we can exchange techniques or codebases sometime :)

Your game has better platform handling, mine was just simple tile-based platforms with static 3D model (not dynamically generated). Feel free to download the source code on my page ;-)
@abiyasa Just looking at ur source! Very interesting! I will go through it with care and diligence. What I have seen so far is pretty straight forward. Functions very similarly to our project (and earlier ones for that matter).
I reckon this game is awesome. Just downloaded the demo :) Its fun as lol. I reckon with the poly count it could make the DS with more characters/levels/AI etc. I know it was just a demo, but gee its pretty damn good. So you did the code, modelling and animation... Thats awesome. Good luck with your thesis.
Thanks ;) I done everything by myself. 3D models are done using Metaseq, animation using Mikoto, and a little bit 3DS max. Photoshop is used for texturing and the 2D artworks. I did't do any sound though :|
