I do agree that right wing extremists can be fascist. However its widely known that fascism has roots in socialism. Only was to fascism is though big government. Only way to get there is through the liberal party. Think about it

Fascism comes from the same word as fasten. It means to bundle together. At it's heart, the word suggests collectivism enforced through the state and has been historically in the US, practiced through Progressives who have co-opted the Democrats.

I'm pretty sure fascism isn't equivalent to totalitarianism. It's only observed that fascism eventually leads to totalitarianism. But communism also leads to totalitarianism.

Fascism is merely total control of major industries by the government with capitalist vestiges in the rest of the economy.

It might also be correct that theocratic impulses also leads to totalitarianism, but let's have a proper definition of fascism.

The double think is bewildering. Each statement seems to contradict the one that precedes it. Opposing "special" rights - how can granting the SAME rights to gay people be giving us "special" rights. Surely only allowing heterosexual couples to marry is granting THEM the special rights? And haven't they just said that they oppose that?

I was astounded to find an article "Charles Darwin Disagrees with Homosexuality" in which they use Darwin's theory of natural selection to say that homosexuality is against nature.

Nope, it's worse than that, have a look at answersingenesis(dot)org , No rational debate there. If science contradicts the bible then science is wrong, nothing more nothing less. There is no debate. AIG recently called for research papers and explicitly stated that if your submission didn't agree with the bible then it would not be accepted.
