  • IS THIS NEGRIL

  • 9 Mile, a small village a top a mountain also refered to as Mt Zion the birthplace and final resting place of the late great Robert Nester Marley

  • Nesta*

    thats disrepsectful mahn.

  • It's up the hills from St. Ann's bay

  • by the rivers of babylon,

    where we sat down

    oh where we went

    when we remember zion

  • Can you request tour guides and is it pretty easy to book a trip to 9 mile through your hotel? Im gone be stayin in Negril in a week.

  • Its is probably furthest from Negril but it is easy to go from any hotel. They offer transportation and tours. You get whatever tourguide is there, but Captain Crazy was great!

  • rivers of babylon!

  • yea man... ur right... i was just there a few days ago and he sang the same song....did u hear all of the little rasta kids from behind the fence?

  • for ever lives yisrael, yisrael is time for us to wake up,

play on play on,sing on sing on,YAH LIVES

  • but seriously ididyourmom, trying to pretend like you know someone through youtube, and trying to say they are lieing, just makes yourself look so fucking mentally challenged its not even funny, i cant even believe someone would say that, haha, ill send you some pics if you want, tard

  • are black people seriously that stupid, us white folks have money, hence travelling away is a common occurence, i wouldnt expect you to understand though... my tour guide for nine mile was desmond- a true rastafari, he was better than captain crazy, captain crazy does this all for the money, you'd have to be there too understand-

  • save up some money, don't drop it on drugs, and travel down there, these guys are very nice, not all toursist are big stoners, however if you are,(van city), then they will for sure blaze with you, my bus was full of asian nerds from the states, so my tour guide and my sister, who believes in jah, talked the whole tour, and desmond even stopped to grab a joint from a a guy on the trip to nine mile-which is fucking amazing,n e one who has been on the tour knows of its immense beauty-breath taking

  • don't say that about the captain. I know a true man when I see one, I white and poor, and Rasta so I know what its like

  • ya well maybe you need to really experienece and meet someone first hand, and not try and prejudge on a youtube video..you really have to be there to understand- so youreally cant tell someone who met this guy first hand, 3 months ago, what to say, and not to say about him...no one questioned him being a man, hes just exploited rebert marley, for money- if there was no money involved, he wouldnt be doing this, and trust me, he told me that himself

  • haha and whats with the accent, if any rastas saw you, they'd probably laugh and say- stu'id americans, dont know anyting dey doin-

  • what accent are you talking bout? don't judge and accent from a youtube comment page

  • ok sorry, your intellect and grammatical skills must be really poor then- my bad "I white and poor, and rasta so i know what its like"

those were your words, i do believe...

so to take the time to capitalize i, but not to type am- a bit odd-

you can say your not trying to talk like a jamaican, but its fairly evident

  • is that the oncle from bob marley ?

  • haha i went there just this year, a few months ago- i persoanlly blazed with him and my tour guide with my sister, and we talked about rastafari and soo much shit, like government, etc..it was fucking intense, these guys actually have a very strong view on life, and in fact, they believe 2012 is going to be the changing, not destruction of the earth, for the better..that was great to hear, i wish we lived as easy as these people do, but then at the same time theyhave bad corruption there too...

  • sick song :X:Xsup3r:X:X

Jah Ras Tafari Haile Selassie I

  • jajaja Mr. Yoto is the bestt man, is so funnyyy!

    u r greattt capt crazt

    JAHH RASTAFARI SELASSIE RULES

    HIDE TO BABYLON

  • JAH BLESS

  • yooo what is the name of the song he is singing? its pretty good

  • this is awesome. but he really is the worst banjo player ever. watch deliverance (the movie) the kid rips it up

  • There are many ways to play banjo. Earl Scruggs had his way, the Africans (who invented the thing) had many ways (esp. between slavery and early gospel, blues, & jazz), & this man has his interpretation. It's not fair to insult the man's ability based on a contrasting style, which he is not trying to imitate.

  • I know that, I am saying the kid is a better player. Believe me I know about ALL instruments, well most of em

  • No offense, but I think you missed the whole point of my comment. You can't possibly compare this to bluegrass or frailing, because it's just not the same, it's its own entity (Caribbean). It would be like comparing Art Tatum to Mozart (I don't know of any other "classical" musicians, sorry); both were great at what they did, but it's like apples & oranges. I've heard bad banjo playing (like my own), & I think this was nice, not Patrick Costello, but very nice.

  • ah seen

  • oooooooh I WANT TO BE A JAMAICAN !!!

  • Boney M - River of Babylon

  • to think that bob's cousin or uncle or whatever would sit around playing disco! you're crazy, try the melodians original version instead.
