take your shirt and clean the open/close sensor, i had the same issue and it fixed, for now. 2 weeks old Xbox and touch = not good

I know Im really old and you prolly fixed it now but your DVD Drives cable has come out abit, the blinking lights indicate that the disc drive is not connected properly or connected a tiny bit and you probably got Flagged for a Ban Sorry bro
