belly dancing is great for anyone. no matter age or body type. your instructor should be able to work with you so your knee isnt an issue and doesnt hurt you. go for it!

Yes.. I've had a bad neck since childhood and my chiropractor recommended NOT doing backbands or especially lay-backs... so I'm not. Besides that, belly dance is NOT about what acrobatic feat you can show off.

Os movimentos são FUSÃO tribal entretanto que a expressão é roupa diferente gótico, movimento, sentimento.

Além dele era um hafla de Halloween. Ninguém fizeram o egípcio tradicional. ou o ATS tudo era para o divertimento.

Yes, I would love to incorporate backbends... if only my back would bend that way. LOL! Honestly, I've tried for years to do that and my chiropractor suggests that I give it up. but a trench would be very neat!
