I own this grill and it works great. I agree the tray is kinda loose. but it will hold food on it. I cooked six burgers and 8 hot dogs and had them on that tray and it was perfectly fine. I took out the warming tray because there is not enough room between the bottom tray and that top tray to flip your burgers. other than that great video
