  • You got it right looks, understand me

  • Great ¿ placement!

  • Which button means Drift?

  • Did you know you can steal balloons?

  • That Mii looks nothing like Ron Stoppable. His eyes, hair, mouth are wrong, And his favorite color is supposed to be Black.

  • @deathboy126 it looks like him to me

  • y does it say chain chomp wheel when in the uk it is chain chomp roulette

  • This is the name of the stage in the American version. Similarly, our DK Summit is your DK Snowboard Cross.

  • nice coin steal

  • I've noticed a few differences in the wording of the game - is that because I live in the UK? I thought they were all the same... :) Some good play, there.

  • Yeah, there are slight naming differences between the US and the UK. My guess is that they were translated independently between Nintendo of America and Nintendo of Europe.

  • the first course you did is my fav cuz i like the song

  • Two Yoshies?

  • peyoshi, he is playin online. When you play online, everybody can use the same characters.. One time, it was 8 Daisy's for me.. :p

  • The horror...

  • OMG tht 1st battle the only reason u won cuz of u man ur amazin!

  • what?

  • Coin battles are for people who are more strategic ballon battles are for the action -packed I belive you are strategic great battling :)

  • I love the music at Funky Stadium!!

  • It looks like Koopa troopa at 3:20!

    Am I going crazy?!

  • I wouldn't be surprised; Koopa Troopa is playable in this game.

  • Hehhehehe. Sometimes I do help them, don't worry about that =D

  • Haha, when I'm on the coin match, I just drive around, expecting my team mates to grab them all, but when coins are near me.. I take them (: XD I just got Mario Kart yesturday, and I love it!

  • The Coin Runners match was a close one 0_0

Great job with the battles! :D

I'm looking forward to meeting you on the raceway or the battlefield someday.

  • funky kong music for the next smash bros game if there is one. Funky kong too.

  • Gosh, you really kicked butt in coin runners compared to everyone else.

  • also you can actually steal someone elses balloon with a mushroom ram

  • you said not in teams until now, they had teams on Mario Kart DS, didn't they? In Balloon Battle?

  • Indeed, they did.

  • Oh, they did? I never played much of DS's Battle Mode, so I didn't know that. I'll fix it.

  • i wanna race you! please respond through e-mail

  • I'm not sure about the Cube multiplayer, but Coin Runners is similar to the Shine mode from MKDS, except nobody gets eliminated for the least amount.

  • cool , wanna be my friend

  • online is way better than brawls, purely lag free

  • Hey, Overhazard. Is control with the Wii wheel difficult? I'm still a little skeptical about using it being that using them in most racing games isn't my forte, but I hear that you can't do everything control-wise without it.

  • The Wii Wheel needs some getting used to, and it's certainly not for everybody. It's a love-it-or-hate-it thing. You should see if it works for you first before you commit yourself to it.

  • The online in this game is so smooth and lag free.

  • This game looks fun! Really fun! Nice playing overhazard! How much is the wheel or do you get it with the game? ty!

    -~!SirLectro!~-

  • The wheel is included with the game.

Anyway, I've never played battle mode before, but this vid has inspired me...TO WIFI!

    :D

  • Yea! THANKS BUDDY FOR THE INFORMATION! Its awesome!

    -~!SirLectro!~-

  • Yoshi sounds so cute! You did very well, especially in the coin match!

  • WHen you hit an Item Box is there a way to stop the Item Box from randomly selecting items?

  • nope

  • its slows down if you tap the "fire item"button.

  • Don't you lag with Mario kart?

And do you use a router or a usb stick?

  • yes or you can go wired with lan adapter

  • There's no lag with Mario Kart Wii. It uses a different data packet system than SSBB.

  • How come SSBB doesn't have this data packet?

  • A data packet is a bunch of data sent among all the users in something online. The way SSBB works is that each player's Wii must confirm that every game has been told of everything before it can let something happen. That's what slows it down.

Mario Kart Wii doesn't do that; it lets you play your own thing while streaming the other players' actions to you for the game to display. It'll only send packets regarding items or hazards and only to the people involved.

    SSBB can't do that, actually.

  • Ok thanks

  • What is a data packet system? I do think how I know how the lag is different, in Mario Kart Wii when there is lag it is the other racers that move erratically, not yourself, while in SSBB everyone will lag if there is lag. It probably woud be ackward if only everyone else lagged in SSBB plus the fact that there are much more constant button imputs probably impacts this as well.

  • That's right. Lag in Mario Kart Wii is represented through erratic motions of other players, as well as them getting hit by items that don't look like they hit them. And in SSBB, when there's any amount of lag from any player, everybody feels it.

The big difference is that there is a huge amount of interaction between the players in SSBB but not quite so much in Mario Kart Wii.
