I remember back in 1980 when Carl Sagan's COSMOS came out on PBS. It was the same year Ronald Reagan was elected President of the USA. President Jimmy Carter had solar panels installed of the Whitehouse roof. Ronald Reagan had them taken down! There are a couple of Republican idiots, either Sarah Palin or Michael Bachmann (can't remember which one) who said CO2 is harmless! OK, I invite all Republicans to get in line to take a deep breath from a CO2 fire extinguisher!

So, if CO2 levels in our atmosphere were to rise to a high enough percentage we would not be able to breath the air anymore. If I'm not mistaken, anywhere above 10% percent would be un-breathable. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'll look it up myself when I have some time.
