This looks fun.. but I get annoyed by mods easily... every update you need to reinstall the mod... and theres always the chance of it destroying you save... (though I do back it up)... I just wish Notch would hold a contest where everyone submits mods... and then everyone votes and Notch adds the top three to the game. He could do it every 6 months... it would save him work, make a name for modders and players would be swimming in content.

I love all the mods... but it's just a hassle... copy this file... copy that file.. back-up your save.. use this third party utility... then when you want to use multiple mods together it's even WORSE.. it isn't impossible and anyone who is tech savvy can typically do it.. but repeating the process over and over and risking corrupt files or whatever... I'm looking forward to the day MC mods are as easy to install as the textures.. just drag and drop and go!

But complete mods, like the one above would have the chance of becoming part of the core game play. I understand that Notch has a "vision" but his addition of the piston recently and many other changes, has me wondering... who not instead of a tiny trickle.. just integrate the stuff the community wants?

@ShinEmperor Thats a cool idea, but the problem is these mods take up a LOT of ram as they are and require a very tedious process of trimming and bugfixing the code, and even after that, minecraft takes up more and more ram, making it increasingly laggy for those with not so up to par users.
