Well, I like the cake, but I don't get why this video is 1:28???? I mean, I thought I would get a quick tutorial on how to MAKE the carnations, rather than just looking at the cake. Anybody know if there's a website for this? Or, I'll be happy to look at more pictures of sumibobby's cakes online, but I would also like some tips.
Not that hard.everything need some practise and patience.this cake was my first gum paste cake.and i made this when i was doing the wilton gum paste course.
Well what I am saying is, they make it look like something that anyone can do right out of the box, when it isn't. It takes a lot of practice, and time. Not to just wing it.

This from Wilton, they make things look easy for beginners, and it's not. It took me a long time of practice.
