you can add people(sprites) to places so he just added some extra people and changed their sprites into pokemon dolls. you can do this by using advance map for ruby/sapphire roms.

This is great! But next time you want to make a hack video, ALWAYS use the built in camera. It records good quality and sound. But the file is big, so just put it into Movie Maker.
