@thawalmartgangbanger Bullshit, arching your back makes it easier to balance the weight. Mark Rippetoe encourages a small arch in your back. If anything not arching your back forces you in an awkward position.
Also comp rules only stipulate that you need shoulders and butt on the bench, not back.
