  • Nice... I drive a 89 911 with Carolinas PCA group. Last time at VIR I also drove my daily driver (2011 m3 sedan) on the full track. Noticed a lot of understeer; certainly more so than my 911. The M3 was faster, but I'm thinking another set of rims with 275's all around. What is your experience with understeer on the M3?

  • @embacpa1 Cool, I used to drive a Cayman S with WTR PCA and now drive a E36 M3 racecar with about any group. I felt like bone stock it had mild understeer. This car had wider tires and a track alignment with maximum negative camber using stock suspension bits and felt pretty neutral, particularly for a street car. My 2600 pound E36 m3 on slicks isn't much faster than this car was. (2:17.0 vs. 2:12 ish). Go for it, the E92 M3 is a phenominal street/track car.

  • Sounds beautiful. Like the helmet-mounted camera.

  • Nice driving... and sounds awesome!
