Why does that department not use dump tanks? Is that system that they are using more effective? We use dump tanks and draft from them. What is your oppinion?
Our roads out here aren't wide enough to use a bladder system and still have trucks relay past it. We have 5 tenders in Surrey and can keep the supply steady with the closest hydrant as our fill station. Bladders also take time and man-power to set up.

This is a why the first in engine should have foam available,it would have made it easier to suppress. The first truck should have been closer.
