  • Nice back yard, you're very strong bro!

  • @100stamina Thanks so much buddy, sorry to hear about your wrist, take it easy on that and come back stronger!

  • @conditioningdaniel I will bro thank! haha! i just got back from pizza shop with a sprain left shoulder:/ showing off :) doing human flag on the street sign,i put to much pressure on my left shoulder because my right wrist was pinching, no upper body training for a week or two, now i can do some workout on my skinny legs lol

  • What was your shoulder injury dude?

  • Danimal!!! xD

  • @AleviCevahir Damn that's a good nick!!

  • Молодец!

Никогда не думал что так действительно можно подтягиваться!

  • Neat stuff man.

  • Very impressive! Especially at your weight and height... How long did it take you to get these? And did you train specifically for them, or just general training mostly?

  • when you took time off did you still do high rep work on basic movements or stop exercising all together? just curious because you look bigger here than you have in your more recent videos and i thought this might be a result of lack of fluid retention that one would normally get from regular high rep training.

  • @leapfrog1989 No, I haven't done much high rep training in a long time, to be honest dude this year has been riddled with various injuries, months off due to elbow tendinitis, then this issue taking me a few months to heal, it has been like an up and down fucking roller-coaster. I am finally training back slowly now with a new perspective on how to safely do things. hope yours is going well.

  • @conditioningdaniel I'm really sorry to hear that it's been so rough, man. Training is going great on this end thanks to you and I can only wish you the best on staying injury free and offer whatever help you might want in the future when it comes to nutrition. PM me if you like, and let me know how the tendonitis is coming along because i've been able to get rid of mine totally through watching my diet. you'll be back in not time. good luck.

  • @conditioningdaniel You're a beast man! I hear you though...tore my pec a couple years ago when I was lifting and working out really hard. Now I'm having some less serious issues with my left shoulder, but I definitely have a new perspective on working out. I loved going really hard but I've determined it's not worth it...I've become (more) happy with gradual increases in strength...but it's still frustrating as you very well know!

  • Dude, you are a beast!

  • how many chin-up i got to do for OAC ??

  • Glad your back Daniel, & perfect oac!

  • amazing power

  • i had a shoulder injury too! had strained a tendon doing 2 much shoulder exercise not enough back to support

  • hey danny, how long didd it take u to get the oac down, lets say from a base of strength of about 20 pullups. Just wondering so I can see if my trainings up to par. Those were really clean reps man, also i had no idea you were 6ft tall, makes the feat all the more harder for you, which im sure u know

  • @artakisthebest ~7 months

    Take your time.

  • @conditioningdaniel Thanks. Ill be sure to do a video response!

  • clean. shoulder injury??? hope u ok bro

  • @myauramusic Yeah I had to take nearly two months off darren, I'm back training slowly. This was some footage from a few months ago. Think it was doing a human flag.

  • real clean. you should make a tutorial/progression tips video on FitnessFAQ about this.

  • @lusthateenvy Hi, there are a few videos, old but the concept for training is good.

  • YES bro! So clean!
