My fiance is just now at basic but I just found out that he will graduate Feb. 5 and he leaves Feb 20 for deployment to Afgan. :( It is so hard!

Mine left a week ago today for Basic in Fort Benning Georgia. We (his parents and I) haven't even gotten his first letter yet. He called me the other day to tell me he loved me and they were making him turn his phone off. So now I'm waiting for a letter.

My guy has been there for about 2 months already.
Ohh when you start getting letters you'd be surprised how a piece of paper no matter how many weeks old can make your day and how a simple 3 minute phone call can just make your week:]

it is the BEST feeling ever! My phone never left my hand or pocket, just in case he called. My family said my face lit up everytime he called. It made my day / week/ month. xxx

My man is home from an 11 mth depolyment. It feels truly amazing - I am so grateful he came home. I'm a proud Aussie Army Girlfriend - but no matter your country of origin we all have a huge bond. We are the only ones that truly know how we feel. Stay strong, cos the day he walks off that plane will be the greatest day. They need to hear we are waiting and always will be - they are so vulnerable over there, God only issues the toughest women a soldier! Stay strong. Have faith. They'll be home.

I met my boyfriend about 4 months ago, just after he signed his 3 yr contract. hes a canadian infantry soldiers, we only get to see each other weekends. and i havent seen him for 3 weeks and he gets to call me once a week and ive already gone insane. i miss him so much.

This is great, my boyfriend is in the Canadian Army, and when we talk he always tells me he worries that this is hard on me, and he worries that i will get tired of waiting, with all the things he has to worry about he thinks of that. I love him with all my heart and so much more and ill be right behind him every step of the way<3 Proud Army Girlfriend!

I live in canada .. my b/f in the army medic. I met him from online, frist time, we never thought we will be now.. it is so hard sometimes so scare and specialy distance but we don't feel have distnace between us.. even I cut my food save money trying to see him every month and he always there for me and he just told me how he love me.. I am one for him I love him... being amry g/f have to be stay strong..

I was dating this guy who broke up with me yesterday morning actually and this video made me cry. i miss my soldier. so much. he is going to the national guard and i love him so much. he may not love me anymore but i made promises to him i intend to keep even if we arnt together i still love him and hope he stays safe and i will always worry about him<|3 i miss my soldier so much

I just got to see my boyfriend for 2 days. He says the training at Fort Knox is tough but it is worth. I can say since I have posted this comment, time has flown by, and I am sure it will do the same for you. Feel free to message me or what ever.. Our men our strong but we have to be strong to :]

T_T thank you so much!! that was totally amazing! i'm an army girlfriend and while i don't get letters from him i do miss him terribly so... even when i get to talk to him on msn. He left for Japan on July 5, 2008 but i don't get to see him until June 4, 2009 and it's honestly really hard. so thank you for that video :) it made me smile :)
