My problem with the ACLU is that they act like witch hunters. They are so hell bent on saving illegal immigrants and stopping racism all in the name of P.C. but I have yet to see them supporting a legit cause for American Citizens. I think this video is the closest I have ever seen. I understand their purpose and see good reason but I think they abuse their position and bully people into doing what they want. Those criticizing the ACLU for defending those rights don't grasp that it is everybody's liberty being defended by the ACLU.
