Lawrence Welk was always a "crowd pleaser" by his own
admission. His biography "AH ONE & AH TWO" is a great
read if you are a musician or just enjoy Lawrence Welk.
Always got a kick out of him and so did his band. He could
never shake his accent but that's OK.
He made the elderly happy in their last years and made
the rest of us laugh with him. R.I.P. Lawrence!

This is excellent entertainment coming from a young man! I used to watch this with my grandparents. I love Lawrence Welk. Quality TV for real men.

Yes, not only could Lawrence play the accordion, he can play the organ, too! A wunnerful performance all the way around.
