First off, Prototype didnt suck. Sure it wasnt the greatest game, but it didnt suck.

Second, looking at the trailer and a few movies, yes Crackdown is a Lot like prototype. It has a few things that differ, but it still has the overall feel of Prototype.

Third, A clone: a game that tries to stay as close to the original as possible, often ripping the game fully exept changing a few sprites or textures. Nowadays it means ripping a concept of a game. Ánd this game seem to do just that.

Why did people buy the Crackdown in the first place. Oh yeah it had the Halo 3 multiplayer beta in it. That was a stupidass move on Realtime Worlds part. To be honest Halo 3 multiplayer sucked. I was good at it. But for me it just wasn't as fun as Socom, Ghost recon, and I can't believe im saying this Modern Warfare II. Halo3 multiplayer had no stratagey and neither dose Modern Warfare II. Halo and MW2 try to be Unreal tournament. Which is the superior frag game

I was never really a fan of Left 4 Dead, Crackdown or Mass Effect. I'm not a PS3 fanboy though, I have both consoles and enjoy them, but it gets me sick as FUCK when they both complain that one has better shit than the other. BUt only for pcUser mod is what draws me to them. That something you cant ever and probly never do with consoles. PS3 and 360 are basicly the same. 360 is very ;imited in what you can do with without breaking the warranty. Still a good system though.

@gantzuka Very small hardrives, Th e lack of outside peripheral, just first and third party. Crackdown will be a great game. But unless you have some attachmen to the character, I will like look at the character from a standoff distance. What I mean is a voice to match the face.While Killzone and Gears of War were perfect in story, they sucked in game play. Same for Fable II and Uncharted II. Thats just for me.

Player characters have no voice or personality. That the only drawback I see to CDII.
