  • if you fail, you wont feel happy, if you succeed, you will.....that is all you need to know

  • Boogie, I have been ashamed of the past few months. I gained some weight back because I just stopped caring for a while. I mean, I went into denial, woke up a few months later, and realized what I had done.

But I'm back up and going again. The wintertime is very hard for me too, and that can make it difficult to forge ahead like we did in the summertime. But we are successful in the aggregate, and we will continue on!

Much love to you, friend. <3

  • you got this boogie...i believe in you

  • Were all here to support you Boogie, but in the end, YOU need to make the change.

I wanna see the next video with a big smile on your face, cheer up bud! It's going to be a tough journey, but you got supporters, and believe in yourself ^_^

  • you can do it man! :) I believe in you

  • ha

  • im not saying use this as an excuse but have you ever looked into Seasonal Affected Disorder? or SAD. its real and can cause despression due to the lack of light in autumn / winter...worth looking into:)...keep strong .

  • @boogiedown550 do you microwave a lot of pre made meals? that's really backwards boogie you have to steer way from processed foods like lean cuisine and shit there's so many different food aditives to make you more hungry, if you get away from that kind of stuff you can still eat to a healthy fullness and you will lose weight. You're a foodie! make it your personal challenge to make good homemade food that's healthy and dank and just don't eat yourself into coma and don't eat 3 hours before bed

  • Ill try to help ya any way I can.

  • Boogie this video or movie willl change your life if you actually do it, watch fat sick and nearly dead you will see what i mean

  • @ thelayne you might be next you fail troll.

  • Are you sure you aren't eating your fucking cell phones?

  • My dad always say "no pain, no gain". Don't give up Boogie!!! You can do it!! We're all rooting for you!!! You can do it!! You can do it!!

  • I'm not crying, its just been raining on my face

  • Don't forget that you also are gaining muscles and that muscles are heavier than fat/water! Heads up!

  • head up mate

  • Quit eating candy, greasy food, and soda.

Exercise daily. Make goals. Exceed them and make higher goals.

    It's hard. I know.

You keep posting videos looking for sympathy and support.

I'm on your side but this is the truth

NOBODY is going to loose the weight for you. Suck it up. It's fucking tough. Deal with it.

  • @StarsMarsRadio Go fuck yourself. You can't just loose weight there, with eating problems and mental problems and abuse threwout ones life, it's harder than just that.

  • @ExtinguishedKhaos It doesn't take much to loose weight at that weight. I lost a ton of weight so yes it can be done. Learn to spell before you leave rage comments

  • @StarsMarsRadio bit harsh, i think we should feel sympathetic, but yea your correct, we cant do it for him andhe cant rely on us.

  • @StarsMarsRadio you keep spelling lose wrong.

  • You can do it! All it takes is to change up just one or two things. Whether its eating smaller portions or drinking less soda or drinking more water. You can do it I'm cheering for you!

  • Heavy D. You're next if you don't change you fat fuck!

  • We are all here for ya Boogz, you are not alone. I have suffered from depression for 11 years. You are more than aware of everything in your life, you don't have any denial about your situation which is the BIGGEST step you can take to getting to where you want to be. Look me up if you get a chance, my xbl, steam and psn etc is Trustfire. ;)

  • It's a hard time of year for ALOT of people Boogie! It's okay. I'm very impressed that you took the time to make this video. Keep trying! We all love and care about you!!!

  • As the old cliche goes "Nothing in life worth doing is easy." What you're doing is an incredible task and will take a long time. Keep up the work I'm rooting for you boogie!

  • Keep your eyes on your goal! This is an amazing feat of self control and discipline. Things will get better, and once you get past this you will be even stronger. I/we believe in you. You are a better man than most and just remember to keep telling yourself that you will meet your goals. You can do it!

  • I love winter and damn i sure love the holidays but the food is EVIL!! its hard to enjoy the holidays without the great wonderful food, i know the feeling of losing a love one and its hard, but you know advertisements don't help they are everywhere, you walk down the street and its all over, restaurants on every corner, turn the TV on and nothing but food commercials it is very frustrating to see but i guess thats when will power comes in and man i rarely have that myself.....

  • BUAHAHAHAHA Above and beyond the "call of duty" HAHAHAHAHAHA Boogie I love you...........For realz

  • I agree, it *is* hard to lose weight in the wintertime. But you can still do it. Push through, keep celebrating the small victories, and don't make excuses.

  • Gotta keep that exercise up Boogie!

  • Everyone has their struggles. I haven't done weight watchers in a while. I have gained quite a bit of my weight back. I'm having a hard time finding my motivation to get back on the wagon. I'm planning to make a video to talk about it. But to be honest I'm embarrassed. I lost 30 pounds only to gain 15 back.

  • @loveandjoy810 The fact that you have kept off 15 pounds is incredible! Don't beat yourself up over the empty part of the glass.

If you make weight loss about keeping up your motivation, it's not going to work. You need to work at making sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle. They don't have to be major-- start with one bad habit that you have that is contributing to your unhealthy weight, and turn it around. This is what you've done to keep off 15 lbs, so obviously, you can do it.

  • Keep in there, buddy. Weight loss has its ups and downs. just keep at it and you'll be back on track. Its a lifetime commitment and you have the rest of your life to lose. Dont let a few pounds hurt you as long as you keep doing right. The weight will come off.

  • I've watched all of your videos on this channel, after discovering you only yesterday! I have a normal weight, I just watch the videos because you have a way with speech which is really impressive :D

It sucks to see you so broken, but I am sure that you can keep up the good work. Don't let a slip keep you down, I hope that you don't give up.

Anyway, you have gained a new subscriber, best of luck and keep up he good work

  • Bro I know exactly how you feel it's hard to focus on living when your depressed. Work through it and you'll be ok man. I'm rooting for you bro.

  • Boogie Livestrong man. We are here for you. Keep on keeping on.

  • Please get back on the positive side for everyone, your a figure to mine and im sure plenty other's lives..if you go down it will tear down the mindset of many others..

  • It's a shame but it looks like Boogie is going to fail.

What a shame I had high hopes.

  • Comment removed

  • you fall and then you get back on your feet. don't give up yet and get back on the program. Share all successes and failures with this channel, that's what it is for.

    good luck and take care.

  • You can do it man!!

  • Video after video you talk about either gaining a small amount of weight or you falling off the wagon. Educate those who stop believing in you instead of feeding them with stuff they can use to get angry with you. If you ate a pizza yesterday, don't say anything about it. If you had christmas dinner, don't say anything. If you keep a positive athomsphere in your videos or at least don't give people so much bad news I can guarantee that people will become more positive.

  • Progress not Perfection!

  • Hang in there Boogie! I'm up lately too. I hit 499 a few weeks ago, now I'm back to 510.

  • Keep it up man. Its an uphill battle and there are always some slips alone the way but you've come this far and seeing you do so has been a great inspiration to me as well. I believe in you.

  • I damaged my leg a month ago and basically was not able to exercise. Sittin' most of the time, returned me to snacking all day long. In a month I put on 9 pounds.. and that after successful 110 pounds loss and being completely fit, I starting to put on weight again. Financial problems, stress eating.

I just can't seem to get back on track.. I realize that 10 pounds is not that big of a deal, but tomorrow it will be 20 and the day after it will be 30.

I think we should just get a grip and FOCUS!!

  • I live at 55 degrees north, so I can relate about winter blues....but winter has its beauty too...

  • you've gotta enjoy exercise and good food. If you enjoy those things then it's just sooooooooooooo easy and enjoyable to lose weight. Salads are great! Carbs and animal fats: baaaaaaaaaaaaaad. Weightlifting and swimming good. Candy and WOW= baaddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd.

  • I've been watching for about 2 years boogie, can I can honestly say this is the video of yours that effected me the most. Medically I am over weight and I know losing It can be hard, Your a really inspiration to a-lot of your viewers. While the bad times are dark, its the dark times that make the good times so bright.

Thanks again Boogie, Your a champ.

  • boogie i would love to just sit with u 1 on 1 and just listen to the whole story of your life

  • @fallenph why 1v1 why not just make a youtube video?

  • You are gonna make it happen. <3

  • YOR FAT

  • @SOLIDSNAKEXXX360 No shit sherlock

  • Really, who gives a toss? I mean, you do, obviously. But you knew from the beginning that this wouldn't be easy, and those among us with a lick of sense knew that too. That's how we knew you were serious, because sitting on your arse all day eating oreos and farting is pretty damn easy, and it seemed like you finally realized that. So don't go suddenly forgetting that and demeaning yourself because you don't take to something hard as well as you do to flatulently consuming confectionery treats.

  • Portion control for the holidays. I get my plate. I eat the right portions, then I put my plate in the sink/ dishwasher so I no longer have a plate to get seconds & thirds. I choose one dessert and I eat half a portion, then again, I get rid of the plate & silverware. YOU CAN DO IT! I believe in you!

  • Just keep it up! I'd say if you feel like your eating the wrong things. Don't buy them at all when your at the supermarket.

  • You can do this boogie, we know you kan do this!

  • Just do what I do: Eat anything you want, then barf it up later.

  • Man trust me you'll be alright no need to worry the more you worry the more your gonna struggle just try and get out there and try exercise.we Al believe in u.

  • success is measured of the long run boogie. those who win do so over lots of hard work and effort.

you can lose a ton of battles and still win the war

  • just stop eating bad food dude, i know you're addicted but you can do it. it's purely mental. tell yourself NO I WONT EAT THIS. be strong man, just be strong. you can do this. you just need to be stronger mate.

  • keep on keepin on!

  • Boogie you can do it :) You have the support of all of your subscribers

  • i know you can do it Boogie! you have done great so far even if u have failed. If u ereally have a bad time get help from more then friends and family. we all believe in you and i know u will make it.

  • man, every time I see a post by you, it's just you being down or complaining about not being honest about your diet. it's pretty damn obvious you can't do it on your own, so get a PT or nutritionist to meet with you and assign you meal and exercise plans on a weekly basis. since you clearly aren't able to do it for yourself right now, do it for someone else to start until you truly have an appreciation for your own fitness and health

  • Keep your head up man, i wish i could give you a big hug your awesome!

  • we love you man

  • My advice, coming from someone who has been addicted. Is to not dwell on the depression or addiction. It makes it worse instead do what you said you were. Surround your self with your work or your friends or go out and do something fun with some guild mates because honestly in the case of depression laughter is the best medicine. But don't forget all your subscribers are behind you supporting you.

  • I'm not disappointed, Boogie. You're very strong and brave to admit that you've been struggling and I admire that. You've worked very hard - not only at your weight loss, but at keeping us jerks entertained with your other chanel. Lots of hugs. ♥

  • boogie, we all have your back! Keep going you lost this battle but you can win the war. If you ever feel in doubt excersice and diet is always your best friend. Just take a little walk every morning and every night just keep moving. Bud you can do it! Just dont look back and persevere!

  • Dude every one of your Subscribers are behind you..Every little bit of Exercise you do helps even walking about your house,Going for five Minute walks Will help we are Believe in you so keep it up. And to keep you motivated Think of all the Things you could and want to do but you cant because you wight is holding you back Just believe in your self and you'll Pull true.

  • p.s. enjoy your binges! just know their value! :)

  • my advice... fill your body with a lot of water daily. make it a habit to stay standing... that will automatically increase your heart rate. moving is exercise... convert your computer desk into a standing platform... so you can play games while still burning calories. fish/protein helps to suppress appetite, make it a morning essential with lots and lots of water. vitamin b12 helps combat stress and depression. candles/full spectrum lights help to combat wintertime blues... JUST STAND UP!!!

  • Most fat people, cant be fucked, and get fatter and fatter, try to lose weight for a few days, give up.. You .. Dude, your amazing.. Your trying your very best so stop being so mean to yourself.. You can win this battle!

  • You will be ok. I know from experience that addiction doesn't just go away. You understand that and are working toward addressing the problem. It's a struggle everyday, keep working at winning the battle hour by hour.

  • I applaud your honest Boogie. Be a little kinder to yourself.

  • Sir, the fact that you can admit that you're struggling means that you're going to beat this. all of us here support you greatly, so if you ever need a pick me up, just talk to us. =3 keep up the good work boogie. stay truthful with yourself, it'll keep you on the right path. god bless.

  • I would love to meet you in person boogie. Although I'm not a gamer, so don't know if we'd have much to talk about/in common

  • does boogie ever respond to comments

  • @chorizo1337 yea all the time. just ask him somethin and he'll probly reply

  • You deserve to reach your goal Boogie, remind yourself that.

  • join the weight loss community if you want really accountability. i have struggled this past month and the WLC has really kept me accountable. please come and be a part of us...

  • You can do it brah. Stick to it. Doing good so far, don't let Santa mock you with his own fat ass.

  • The next 3 months are going to be tough, of that there's no doubt. But you can do it! Also, SKYRIM!

  • God bless you WE LOVE YOU......(no I'm not gay)

  • I'm not disappointed, I'm impressed. It took quite a bit of bravery, as you said, to put this up. But you did it, and you recognized your mistake. But, as a saying goes, it's not how many times you fall that matters; it's how many times you get back up. I believe in you, and we all believe in you. You can do it, think about all the beautiful and good things in life, and keep straight on your goals. You got this, Boogie.

  • @R4Z0RxTutorials Amen to that!

  • Everyone makes mistakes on diets, but its great that you recognized it as a mistake. Keep looking forward brodawg.

  • Boogie, have you ever tried something called Larabar? It costs a little over a dollar for each bar, but it is the most awesome healthy snack food I've tried so far. After eating that (It's made from Dates and different kinds of fruits and nuts) I just realized what junk things like Nutrigrain bars are.

  • so now it's time to step up and give up the shit, you know whats a healthy meal even without all that counting calories bullshit, so just eat healthy, and exorcize, dont worry bout counting colaries, if it's unhealthy don't eat it, it's that simple.....im seriously disappointed man....you lied, you said you were rdy to give it up...but you aint

  • When you get off track, you have to recognize it for what it is. Proud of you for your honesty and owning it. You just have to get back on track and get that scale going back down. I'm glad you have your gf to help you. Moral support is very important to keep you moving in the right direction. We are all here for you too, and hoping you meet your goals! Good Luck, Boogie

  • If one does not struggle, they cannot taste the sweetness of success, you are doing the best you can bro, and that's all you our yourself, You owe us no reasoning, you dont need to cover your trail with us, shit happens, you are a human being, and people make mistakes, they fall of the preverbial horse, but if you have the strength to get back on the horse, it'll be a smoother ride, for you learn each time you fall, what not to do again.

  • hey boogie, iv been meaning to give you my two cents, iv held off since you seamed to be doing well, but i feel i should give you my two cents............your on a diet, well..... diets always seam to fail, you count calories and keep a constant vigil on what you eat, its exhausting, that's because the thought of a diet makes you feel like "well, once i lose so much i can go back to eating the way i normally do" ....no..... it's a lifestyle change you need to make man, you said you were ready

  • I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT ON AVERAGE 6 DAYS A WEEK JUST 1 HOUR AND 10 MINUTES OF CARIO EACH TIME AND OVER THE LAST 3 MONTHS I HAVE LOST 90 POUNDS. good luck with your weight loss man you just really need to get into the gym and get on the treadmill at least 3 days a week and use the lifecycle those are the 2 best things for big guys.

  • You're such an important person. You've probably saved peoples lives, for crying out loud!

Know that we love you, no matter what you do. All we want is for you to be happy and healthy and if you would fall off the wagon, it doesn't matter because we know you'll get up again eventually.

You're an angel put here for a reason, as we all are, and you live your purpose right now by entertaining and counseling people on the interwebs (which is a series of tubes btw)

    Love!

  • Looking big again. Keep up the bad work fatass.

  • @Kaziil Lol do you have nothing better to do.

  • You're amazing ;)

  • Don't give up the fight boogie. Sending positive thoughts from NY.

  • They say magic the gathering is the best medicine.

  • if u watch the 1st vid u made for ur channel its like a 360 in attitude from motivated ..too fuck it

  • you absolutely need to keep unhealthy food out of your house, otherwise it will get eaten by you sooner or later.

  • Dude ! Work out, it helps with depression because of hormonal increases. Take Vitamin-D supplements, take Vitamin-B supplements too bro! Helps me and it's proven. Hell, smoke weed, the idea that weed makes you stupid is not true, I'm personally making a 3.5ish gpa with consistent smoking in the nights.

  • @boogie550 hey man identify you're main stressor with us. GF? card shop? Identify whats really messin with you makin you depressed. Also, Vit. D supplementation for seasonal affective dude look it up.

  • Also something to think about smoking weed helps me with seasonal affective, and the munchies can be counteracted with something healthy.

  • Well boogie my big thing is wine and beer, might sound weird but there's lots of cal's in those puppies. I might not be into soda or w/e temps you but we all have SOMETHING. You're not alone dude good health is worth it.

  • If you're not doing exercise, you won't succeed.

  • Comment removed

  • Hang in there boogie mate, we believe in you!

  • Dude just keep exercising and eating better. I have lost about 20kg since starting January this year (from 107kg to 87kg). I found there were months where I didn't lose any weight or even gained some and that would get me down. The trick I found to weight loss is perseverance. I know it's hard but I just kept exercising and eating a bit smarter no matter how down I got. A year from now I expect to look back and be very glad for not giving up.

  • The hardest time of the year DEMANDS the most focus. If you can get through the winter months maintaining a healthy lifestyle, then the rest of the year will be down hill.

I've been following your journey since day 1 and can't believe I haven't mentioned green tea. Green tea is some amazing stuff. If I feel like crap after eating some pizza, a hot cup of green tea will flush out all of the negative feelings. It's like a natural reset button. Just be sure it's all natural ie; no artificial fla

  • When you say "depression-eating", what does that entail? Does that mean a huge meal?

  • you can do it boogie

  • I managed to lose ~50 pounds over the past 6 months. A helpful strategy I discovered was to take things one or two weeks at a time. For example, challenge yourself to: (1) meet your calorie goal for 6 out of the next 7 days, (2) go to the gym 3 out of the next 7 days, (3) next week make another vlog entry telling everyone about your success! Be sure to make your goals realistic and achievable. If you want to set a numerical goal, be sure to make it more long-term and somewhat flexible.

  • rewards are good once in awhile, and maybe needed, but seriously boogie, dont start making fucking excuses! get back on the damn program n keep fighting, you can do it.

  • I still remember when you took up most of the focus, no offense. Now you don't fill it up, I can see progress, just keep that progress up and you'll be looking like Chuck Norris's non-red headed twin.

  • the few changes you have made haven't had any significant impact on your weight loss. in my opinion, you need to see a professional on a daily/weekly basis. whether that is a personal trainer or a diet coach, i don't know.

you can't expect change if you don't change your lifestyle.

  • Comment removed

  • Thanks for the honesty boogie. In a lot of your more recent videos, and even the one that kicked this whole thing off, there seems to be a lot of attribution of responsibility; you started to diet because of your girlfriend's panic attack, you say you will start to believe in failure if we don't support you enough, now it's seasonal depression. The most important person for this weight loss is YOU, because you deserve to feel healthy and happy. We are all peripheral.

  • people dont usually give up their addiction until something really bad happens to them. like an obese person that keeps eating unhealthy will end up having to have bypass open heart surgery, and they are forced to eat healthy or they die. Also smokers who keep smoking will eventually get a hole in their throat or lung cancer. same thing for drug addicts. Its all the same

  • make a battle plan. don't go through the trenches empty handed.

  • go boogie!

    you got this!!

  • Dude, i lost alot of weight in like 4 months, lost 90 pounds. i weigh 149 pounds now.

  • well the only thing about this is you have to take the gains as serious as the loss. You speak a lot to the fact that you are not going to be one of these people that looses 20 pounds in a week and thats a good thing. but if you are just going to be content with losing only 1-2 pounds then a GAIN of 6 needs to be SERIOUSLY evaluated because thats potentially a months worth of loses down the drain for you. Not badgering, just hope you are looking at this realistically

  • Saaaaaddle Uppppp Cowboy, it's gon' be a loooong Chris'mas...

  • boogies its simple if u want it bad enough then you will succeed.

  • Man..what are you depressed about?? you have in-home pussy! you are big on youtube and partnered!! thousands of people love you!! Get over it dude!!

  • There is a youtuber named urgelt that has a healthy eating video series. It has helped me through rough times also boogie. You must stay strong and eat fruit and veggies. But you know all of that and what to not eat. Just stay strong and kick that fat in the ass.

  • I think it's time to kick the exercise into high gear. If you want to go over your 2300 calorie limit, make up for it in exercise.

  • steven next week we wanna hear bombin news, we wanna hear that you lost lots of pounds, go do it , and give it to us, work hard this week, you will be happy with the results the next week dont forget it

  • I support you boogie

  • vid response made for last vlog. applies to this vlog as well. you have my support.

  • My mom use to take water pills, but it wasn't until she picked up an all organic diet and dropped the fake sugar, and dropped the bread was she able to consistently drop weight. She's no longer over weight at all, and it's all about consistency and persistence. Organic is the way to go.

  • dude boogie i saw u right by Mr. Burger or whatever! u were looking at some kind of cards

  • You can do it! You're awesome Boogie

  • you already spent the majority of your life enjoying food , its now time to try something else with your life. Are you really happy after you eat high-fat or carbs foods? Im pretty sure that you are not. Keep going man, try something new, stop eating so much.

  • Heres my two cents worth of advice. Lose weight. Good luck to you man!

  • What if you need to make some more positive changes in your life? You are a very smart man. Put yourself in an environment to thrive and succeed! Is the gaming life a positive, active environment?

  • In the words of Rob Schneider, "YOU CAN DO IT!!"

But seriously dude, take it one day at a time, that way you can't possibly fail :D

  • You can do it boogie! Your a strong man, and you can conquer this, I know it!

  • You have too much temptation around you. YOU NEED TO MAKE CHANGES AND YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN DO IT.

  • @0311sqdldr I AGREE WITH YOU

  • You need someone to tell you the hard truth Boogie. All these people on here are not doing you any good by telling you keep it up when you are not making changes in your life. You need new hobbies that get you outside and moving. Those people on Biggest Loser are pushed past their comfort zones everyday, they are taken out of their daily routine and forced to live out of their comfort zones. I have to say its your life style and hobbies that are killing you.

  • Buddy. you are all talking to other humans being. We all suffer through challenges everyday. I fuck up all the time.. I take it too seriously.. dont do the same to yourself. You got this. Just take it day by day.

You gotta get that food outta your house.

  • Don't give up! None of us are mad at you! :D We just want you to keep trying and be happy.

  • Been through the same thing man, food is addictive. The thing that really helped me was to give yourself one cheat meal/day a week and just eat what you want. Hardest part is starting to lose weight and you have already started. Your on the right track man

  • The fact that you uploaded this video proves that you have the strength to get through this.

  • don't worry it's normal to get fat at Crhistmas just continue going ;-) you are amazing boodgie :D

  • You got that boog! no matter who you are, there will be those times when your body freaks out and absorbs everything you put into your system. Just kick it back into gear and those water bounds will fall right back off :3 We're here for ya boog!

  • congestive heart failure aint so bad. You get out of this miserable food sooner and you get to eat tasty food.

  • Try to keep your head up...i totally understand what ur going thru...my brother who i was SUPER close to hung himself two years ago

  • My friend is 6'9'' & about 300lbs-400lbs. We don't know how much he weights because... well as you know there's not really many places to weight people of that capacity. I call him a bear and I like u to know that the "wintertime blues" made me think of him and hibernation. Thanks for making me smile boogie. You are an inspiration in your ups AND downs. You'll turn around soon. I love you!

  • I started dieting a week ago and lost 5 pounds so far, you can do it boogie!!!

  • Get a treadmill in your house and throw out your video games. Sedentary lifestyle is just as dangerous as your eating habits.

  • Keep grinding Boogie buy a treadmill dude exercise helps with depression also don't give up. To achieve what others don't you have to be willing to do what others won't.

  • don't let a stumble turn into a fall. we're still all behind you dude, keep going. just try to take your mind off all your addictions by doing other things. good luck as always :)

  • @TubeWereWolf But Thanksgiving and Christmas haven't even happened yet :s

  • c'mon bro ur gonna do this. just get that junk food out of your mind. please please dont give up, do it for us and ur mum. you have everyones suppourt.

  • Boogie i know you can do it! just stay on the positive side :)

  • hang in there bro.
