The 360 wheel is better than the Gamepad. And that is ALL it is better than.

There is a good option though, but it's about $350 and made in limited quantities by Fanatec. It is compatible with the PC, PS3 and 360, that particular model, though. Probably the best wheel, too.

Can't blame you. It's ridiculous of MS to lock out HID-compliance. Just happens to be if you didn't already own one of the higher-end wheels like the G25/27 or Fanatec, the Fanatec Turbo S is a good choice.

Forza's an annoyance because it's so damned fun it's the only thing keeping me from ignoring the 360 (Race Pro is pretty much redundant if you have a PC, cool as it is).

Race Pro on full sim settings is a great challenge and in my mind a lot more challenging and satisfying than Forza 3's. I feel underwhelmed with F3. Race Pro is not rated highly enough

Playing in the cockpit view is the way to go. It's slightly more awkward but more realistic.

It is a microsoft racing wheel with pedals and sjift paddles, but no gear stick. Its okay as a console steering wheel but not very reliable as ive heard from a number of people.

hands are a bit shakey...i dont have that problem when im playing. ive got my sensitivity turned up a good bit though so if i twitch too much i can easily lose control. got used to it from playing Forza so much...barely have to use 1/2 of the available steering, so i made it similar for Race Pro. nice lap btw! im still learning the track.

this REALLY looks good...the car phyics even look right..no bloody stupid wobble from the views....even the car bumps look tight..

now go watch a forza 2 (same view) and see how ultra-unrealistic that really is!!

dont worry about how short the career is..Forza2 was like Forza1 with new a skin...its the online that makes it!! still have to wait til 26th Feb here though : (

definitely worth the wheel, I bought the game today and the controller is ok, and the realism really shows through, but I can't wait to get my steering wheel from home and get my hands on that! from the looks of this video it's going to be epic.
