I've seen that tattoo before so I think it's real. I recall seeing it long time ago on his neck, but it's hard to spot because his clothes cover it most of the time

other watchers discussed this matter on one of the previous videos, and it seems that he found a stamp/sticker with the MARS symbols on it and he sticked it on his neck. So it probably is a fake one! :)
