What is a good percentage of control stick angle? I'm trying this on PJ64 and I can't do it, I'm pressing the Control stick 10% of the way and holding it while you do what you do. Am I pressing it too far, not enough? What am I doing wrong?

A real fast route to Death montain from lake hylia is to go through the lost woods, warp to goron city, get behind darunias statue, Just climb up the crater and go out. Should only take 2 minutes(meaning 2 minutes left on the timer :) )

you know, how you do an endless superslide?

you have to hold the control a lttle bit, just a little bit to the left or right, so link gets into this sliding animation

to cancel it, just let go of that control stick position, get hurt, shield something, use an item like the bow etc.

You can just backwalk through Hyrule Field! There are also several shortcuts and time savers!

The increased speed from running backwards as opposed to running straight is not a significant boost as riding Epona. But I'll test it sometime, From Lake Hylia to Death Mountain. Keep in mind that using warp songs time us out.

Use the shortcut from Lost woods to Goron City. Go in the Death Mountain crater using Darunias Lair. Put on Kokiri or Zora Tunic and the time will be paused!
