  • A true patriot, one of a kind. We miss you Steve!

  • Steve McQueen has always and always will be my favourite actor.

  • A true American Patriot. He would throw up living in todays Zionest state the country is in.

  • I still remember the day I heard about his passing...it was so sad........Steve was truly an original.....

  • was the Navy stearman his? RIP Steve..

  • What an awesome dude.

  • Steve already looks ill.

  • The epitome of cool, back when men were men

  • Three dislikes............why?

  • @hamtrak Because they are Gloria Gaynor fans!!!

  • His biography should be a must read for pre-teen lads

  • Steve really seemed at peace in the final years of his life. I felt very peaceful watching this video :)

  • 3 are Tom Cruise fans!!

  • Steve would not fit in todays Gaywood crowd, even loads of CGI does not save this steaming pile of crap.

  • Great actor - interesting character. I've flown into Santa Paula a few times and stood by his hangar. Wherever you are now - I hope you're happy Steve.

  • i look at him like to a master ! for me he s a model and a dream come true of his work and passion ! god bless you steve ! badass hero ! :)

  • He was the best of the best! Miss you Steve.

  • Beautiful man, died far too young. He may have made some mistakes but by this stage he just wanted a peaceful life. He died 15 years before I was born but he still managed to capture my heart. If my granddad had never told me to watch "The Magnificent 7" when I was younger I would never have known this guy ever existed. He was wonderful and he's my favourite actor of all time. Hollywood's a mess without him. He's missed. RIP.

  • In the dictionary under, "self made man" ...it says see Steve McQueen. Truly a great actor, great human being and a down from the bootstraps humble and common guy.

  • I believe Lee Majors was shown in 2 of the pics, right?

  • @Fabianp1960 Yes

  • @Fabianp1960 Right!

  • dumaramutsi The first piece of music is "Junk" by Paul MccCartney off of his first self titled solo album. The opening lyrics, not heard on this instrumental version are "Motorcars, handlebars, bicycles for two..." How fitting it is here. RIP Steve McQueen, King of Cool.

  • name of the song?

  • @dumaramutsi it's Singalong Junk by Paul McCartney

  • @zombiesarebad67 thank you very much!!

  • The video, and the man, ended too soon. You'll always be my hero Steve. I shed a tear for you my man.

  • miss that guy!

  • September 2010 my wife and I vissited Steve's santa paula's part of live.We went to the airplanehangar and current owner Bonnie alowed us a vissith at steve's house near the airport....It was a moment we'l remember the rest of ore live!

Here in Europe we travel in a 68 fastback and enjoy the old motorbikes as he did.

He 'l stay my hero,...,as a normal man!

    Thanks for this wonderfull video!

  • So beautiful video! He deserves,my prefered actor...his involvement with machines, very nice tribute! thanks!

  • thanks for making this : )

  • hard to believe it has been 30 years...........my favorite to this day...

    sweet tribute.....

  • my favorite of all time, I never met him but somehow I think I knew him, he was just himself and did what he wanted to do, and he lets us in.

  • What is the first song?

The second: Israel Kamakavivol'e: Somewhere over the rainbow.

  • Good work Barbara. I enjoy it a lot. Steve has been my cinema hero for a life. I had my little airplane too and envy him living at that hangar on his last years with that nice smell of burned avgas and the music of piston engines. Thanks for the pics. I also remember my walk home the afternoon I saw the great scape around 1963. Fly to the blue Steve ! I feel he was a happy man in your company.

  • He left so many good memories in his wake...blue skies indeed.

  • Steve Mcqueen (1930 - ...

  • Steve.. The king of cool...!

  • Barbaralicious

  • Thank you for this pictures. Simply great.

  • One of the biggest movie stars ever and he would rather hang around a bunch of guys at an airport than the phonies in Hollyweird. That is what made McQueen so cool.

A great book by the way, pick it up if you can!

  • Those you call phonies Hollyweird.. make all the movies you watch.. ;)

  • Not really - I prefer european movies these days. Hollyweird has been making garbage for 20 years. Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise can only PRETEND they are Steve McQueen.

  • Actually I agree with you. I'm sick of horror, violence and meat heads blowing some building and bang band here I kill you.. like you well said, "garbage" of these days. Music sucks too, I always said the world is changing, no one believe me or cares, and now.. it's just everywhere. Yes, Hollyweir sucks.

  • @simmons3d

    Yep.

  • @dbowie2007 They dont make any I want to watch anymore. Those days are gone.

  • @dbowie2007 You couldn't pay ME to watch the moron liberals' movies such as Angolina (whatever her name is) Brad Pitts wife. She hates Thanksgiving to the extent that she doesn't want to be in the U.S. during that holiday. She clearly hates America, yet believes she deserves massive wealth from the Americans she hates!

Calling it Hollyweird is too tame!

  • @3Mudbone1 I din't know that.about Angolina

  • @3Mudbone1 I din't know that.about Angolina They will never be Steve.

  • @3Mudbone1 I didn't know that about Angolena . There will never be another Steve Mc Queen

  • hes in my heart to il love you mcqueen are is no actor born yet who is better thant you and i dont think he wil ever born rip

  • RIP Steve, You are in my heart, since I was young.

    And I am old now.

    R. from Germany

  • Stevie didn't take no mess, God Bless his Soul.

  • the pics at 5.08 and 5.12 nearly made me cry

he looks so reserved and quiet there

  • Touching and beautiful pictures...R.I.P Steve

  • Steve McQueen, Lee Marvin, Charles Bronson, Paul Neuman James Coburn, Burt Lancaster.............
