if you notice, how could TOM be playing the acoustic beginning on Obviously with an electric guitar? all the songs sound to much like the orignal version. if you watch the live versions, the way the instruments are played are different. The singing is obviously live, but the instruments arent.

its very likely tht they arent playin completely live. like many TV appearances bands arent allowed to play live. Mcfly are one of the few who choose to sing live tho! most bands completely mime. U can tell the difference as they sing!

Obviously: All of the instruments have just been pre-recorded.. Their voices are live though. Five Colours In Her Hair: Instruments also pre-recorded. Voices are live however. Room On The 3rd Floor: Another pre-recorder. But the voices are once again live. Its ashame, but this was early on in McFly's career [seen as ROT3F was only just being released]. I'm guessing their management didn't think they could handle voice and instruments live at the time. But now look at them?
