@kiraina25 Gurren lagann is one of those shows where the characters can easily be in ANY genre and it would be badass. In fact I almost think it was done on purpose considering the several alternate universe mangas and the alternate universe episodes. Then again, it IS gainax, and they seem to love making series that can question alternate possibilities *cough* EVA*cough*
