@Tharq95 You have to make them at one of the reactors he has spread out through the game. There is one in the Midden at the college.

Suggestions for spells

Conjuration:

1.If casted on low level enemy, takes ghost out wich will fight for you, enemy dies.(adept)

2.Conjure small army of your own clones.(master)

Destruction:

1.Lift up any nearby havoc object (or dead body) and throw at enemy.(master)

2.When casted on enemy, the enemy shoots out electricity which passes throug nearby enemies. Lasts 60 seconds.(expert)

I think the Kamehameha would be more balanced if it was one shot and not a beam. So you'd actually have to aim it.

@Gollum622 This is true I have vanilla enchanted armor that makes destruction cost 0 magicka. Not a cheat, part of the standard game. That spell is only slightly more powerful than the vanilla lightning storm.

i am loving the force spells. some cool ideas i've been having is a force spell thats an upgraded telekinesis so you can lob stuff like bodies and maybe lets to angle pointy stuff on the ground so you can use them as range weapons XD this stuff may take the CK though

Absolutely phenomenal, all the spells looked great except for that one dark beam thing at 0:49 . The only problem I had with it is that you couldn't really see it connect or have any visual effect on what it made contact with.
