eldar is incredibly fluid and plays with a lot speed, but i just cant agree with u on him being more smooth than dr. taylor. maybe i need to hear him play a ballad. eldar is very good though.

Always loved his piano. I saw him often at Hickory House on 52 st in NYC in early 60s. Hed hav e Grady Tate on drums, and I cant recall who else
