They get tired fast because flexing continuously is quite exausting. Most of these guys don't do much cardio also. They just diet and take alot of diaretics to loose a lot of water prior to competition. They are running on fumes by the time they hit the stage because of the intense weight loss prior to the competition. I understand they are closer to death than life just prior to stepping onto stage. All this to "look good'? Some atheletes have died do to pharmesutical preparation.
