  • This is beautiful! Your art amazes me more than any other child my age can understand.

  • Brandon, you should do the "Here's looking at you kid" scene from "Casablanca." I can imagine the Humphrey Bogart scene should be easy enough to do.

  • i wish he would do another big hit movie acting scene :( Keep tryin bro

  • Loved it. Now Reenact a seen from Up In Smoke. You know, the car scene? LOL

  • I actually thought you did a better job than the original in this one.

  • Brandon will you try and reenact a scene from The Beach the secne where Richard (Leonardo DiCaprio) is screaming like a little kid saying you f****ing b*****d and he hangs on the wall please do that one.

  • Dear youtube.. Remove the fucking dislike button from this video..

  • INCREDIBLE!! What an absolutely Brilliant, spot on rendition! This sir is why I subscribed to you way back when!!

  • Try re-enacting any Scene from Superbad or any Jonah Hill movie. I can imagine you playing his twin! Lol!

  • Damn it, sir. You made me weep and for that I thank you.

  • Sparkly beard XD

  • back when the world was black and white

  • the beard seriously looks like soap suds.

  • dommage que cest pas en francais =(

  • That was...magnificent.

  • best excuse ever lol

  • that was a very good twilight zone episode.

  • I recall seeing this as a kid on TV....more than 50 years ago. I was blown away by the Serling version with Art Carney........and B.H., has done such a masterful job of capturing this....it's another wonderful thumbs up to his acting talent. I am always impressed that B.H. takes on these difficult roles....and leaves me wanting to see more. Thanks.

  • A beautiful piece of acting - well done. It's all in the eyes, and the beard is the perfect prop, because it concentrates attention on the eyes - so moving. You've made the drunkenness take us straight to the character's soul, through those eyes. Bravo!

  • Excellent!

  • And his beard was like a glittered cloud. Awesome.

  • Brandon surpassed the original. On both sides of the exchange.

  • Kudos!

  • I just watched this the other night. Job well done!

  • Very impressive. You've got a lot of talent Mr. Hardesty.

  • Brandon you should seriously consider reenacting a scene from Gran Torino, theres alot of scenes that you could reenact that would be awesome.

If you do read this, ty for doing atleast that you prolly get 500 inbox comments daily.

    Thumbs up if you agree

  • Absolutely beautiful. You've always done great work, but I think this is some of your best

  • This was one of my favorite Art Carne roles. I'm sure most viewers haven't seen that episode, they owe it to themselves to check it out. It's available on netflix.

  • A fantastic juxtaposition between the serious acting, and the sticky-taped beard.

  • the santa sounds like Jack Sparrow

  • I've had this stuck in my head all Christmas lol

  • i think he really was drunk lol

  • One of your best!! Keep it up!!

  • You're a funny, man, Brandon, but the truth is that you're a much better SERIOUS actor and I'd like to see you get serious roles in movies. Here's to more movies

  • Wow Bro

One of my top 10 Twilight Zone episodes, & you nailed it.

This is so obscure to so many, but it shows just how much of a student of the arts you are that you know this one & hold it in such high regards.

  • God bless you Brandon and everyone!

  • Outstanding.

  • How is this possible? How am I believing the emotion coming from a guy filming himself and wearing a ridiculous beard?

    Testament to your talent, Brandon.

  • Bravo!!!!

  • YES YES YeS YES YES YES YES!!!! yes

  • You should be in more movies. You fit so many character types it's amazing.

  • Incredible.......thank you.

  • This is one of my favorite Twilight Zone epi's,

    brilliant work.

One other episode you might like is called Changing of the Guard.

  • beautiful... i wanna see him in movies

  • Absolutely fantastic. So nice to see you do that which you do best.

I bet this is what it's like to interview many different actors for a part. Keep going buddy, you gotta fight for what you want.

  • omg, I just noticed the ALL THE TAPE!!! haha

  • that was amazing Brandon

  • I just watched the original and was so happy to see that it has a happy ending. Merry Christmas, happy new year, and thanks for posting this, Brandon!

  • I am SO glad you're doing these again! These re-enactments are so much better than most parts any given actor gets to play on average. It's kind of like a 'Sweded' movie (I'm sure you've seen 'Be kind rewind'): you get just the best parts of a movie re-enacted on a standard that makes you think "hey, I could try that" instead of thinking "I wish I could go into movies but I could never do THAT". I was wondering, would you enjoy doing the 'it's for goat' scene from 'the Terminal' with Tom Hanks?

  • Awesome. Would love to see more Twilight Zone re-enactments! You really got the attitude of John Fiedler's character down pat!

  • love this. thanks.

  • This is why I subscribe to this channel. Amazing.

  • So poignant and so true...

    10 stars!!

  • This is excellent. I've never seen that episode and now I have too.

  • Can you do Charlie Chapman final speech from the Great Dictactor?

  • That was awesome, bran!

  • YAY! A remake video!

  • glad you're back

  • never seen this film before, gonna see it now.

  • That sir was greatness!

  • WOW, again another very good job Brandon. Its glad to see you back again doing these. We have missed them all! Hope your doing well and best of holidays to you.

  • great job and great episode! I didnt even look at the title and new that was that twilight zone episode thats how good u are! =) good to see u back happy holidays

  • best beard ever

  • Tape across the upper lip... That must've hurt taking that off?! You do an embittered old man part quite well. Maybe waiting for your age to match and somebody might just cast you as a drunken santa.

  • Make a movie already.

  • great j0b

  • Art Carney would approve.

  • You convey emotion well. I hope you get where you dream of going. PS: Dig the glitter! =)

  • well done, as usual...

  • awwwwwwwwwwwww well done sir ='-)

  • ah, i missed these. well done, mr. hardesty.

  • 5star :)

  • IM OLD GREGGGG

  • Awesome. You really got that whole John Fiedler persona. Spot on! I'd like to see a 12 Angry Men re-enactment!

  • Bravo! I have this in my favourites now.

  • BRAVO

  • Intense! It's good to be reminded how amazing the writing was for that show.

  • KICKASS !!

  • soap beard!! haha genious

  • @lilleaske so how do you stick a soap beard on with scotch magic tape?

  • @lilleaske thats glittery cotton held on with tape.

  • Bravo!

  • 633 "mi piace" e 302 visualizzazioni...mmmm

  • That was class, send your stuff into producers/directors or other acting corporations I think they'd catch on

  • wow that was wonderful , great change of personality's between the two characters. Bravo my friend

  • Side note: is that cotton or soap or both? =]

  • This was Amaaaaaaaaazing!!! Thank you for making me smile! You are an inspiration to me! =]

  • I enjoyed this so much

  • Amazing, sir. Thank you, and merry Christmas! :)

  • Brilliant. Simply brilliant.

  • Thanks, Brandon! You do such a good job. When will we work together?

  • This guy should be the next Zach Galifinakis or what ever haha

  • @TheIdealCrew Except that Brandon is actually a GOOD dramatic actor.

  • @ItchyGuy87 Did you catch Visioneers? I thought he was pretty awesome in that.

  • @Dradoc I didn't. Maybe I should, to get a better idea of his acting abilities. I know he's a good comedic actor though!

  • Bravo.

  • wow, beautiful

  • Fucking amazing. This struck me so hard. As I sit here watching this Youtube video I think "Why isn't this man taking over hollywood?!"

  • @Kilendger Because they are blind sometimes. I pray he gets his break...truly.

  • This was very moving. I'm used to laughing at these videos, but not this one. Brava, sir.

  • One of my favorite holiday specials of a tv show. Awesome job as always

  • I'm applauding your amazing talent right now.

  • I hope it was as good for you as it was for us. Welcome back Brandon

  • Amazing! Thanks, Brandon, and don't give up acting. You have far too much talent for it and I can't wait to see you in more films one day. Merry Xmas and the best of luck to you!

  • Thanks for this Mr. Dundy!

  • Very good. Art C would be proud. I think what you need to do it produce your own indy movie right there in town. No more waiting around for for big corporate Hollywood to dole out a part for you. What would you like to do? A comedy? Sci-fi? Love story? You need to find a really kickass local director making stuff on shoe string budgets and volunteer to be his muse and his star. You'll be Puss in Boots to his young man.

  • Always a treat when u post these. MOAR!!!!!

  • Bravo!!!!!!

  • id still like to see you do something from the original 'night of the living dead'.

  • great! i just saw this episode recently. im watching all the TZ episodes from beginning to end.

  • I don't think you've put anything out over the years that i haven't thoroughly enjoyed. Merry Christmas!

  • been waiting for another video from you for a long time....merry Christmas

  • Bravo B!!!

  • This is my favorite reenactment now, seems like you put A LOT of emotion into this one.

  • amazing dialogue (or monologue, whichever you prefer)

  • wow amazing, one of your best! clap clap clap. Merry Christmas from the UK

  • Awesome! Great to see you back, doing the things you excel at.

  • Rod Serling SHOULD be your inspiration. :)

  • Awesome!!

  • Dear Brandon, so good to see you and your wonderful performings back again on YT.

I my opinion there should be an Iffland ring for american actors, too.

Unfortunately only german speeking actors can get that ring and the one who earns it, keep it...until he dies.

(momentarily Bruno Ganz holds it. You know him from the movie "Der Untergang" as Adolf Hitler)

In my opinion you should be the next...who cares about the mother language!

  • Bravo !!!

  • Wooohoo!! Awesome! Powerful!

  • @ :33 its all in the eyes. Cover the bottom of the screen with you hand and watch. My God. Awesome.

  • Very well performed, Brandon. Very well indeed. One of my favorite scenes from a Twilight Zone. You do it justice.

    Be Well.

  • I just lost it midway through, because of that absolutely gorgeous beard you crafted yourself there.

It kinda pulled me out of the serious.

  • I love you.

  • That's not at all why I drink!

  • You are the best thing about Christmas.

  • Brandon, does YouTube ever give you any shit about copyright for these reenactments?

  • You've helped make my Christmas...you've done a reenactment of my all time favorite Christmas story...and from my guessing you did the Art Carney version in which you did a job that makes me stand in awe...personally I've seen these reenactment you do and I think to myself why does Hollywood have to be stupid like the rest of the world, they hire talentless names while they should have you staring in more lead roles...I'm not just blowing smoke up your ass either. You do Art Carney proud...

  • I watched the Twilight Zone episode right after this, it was spot on!

  • you look like humpty dumpty from puss in boots

  • What a great present!

I watch you, with ridiculous cotton taped to your face, and you make me weep. You make the character real and the silliness disappears. You do amaze me.

  • Very well done! I'm sure I speak for us all when I say; Keep the reenactments comming.

  • wow

  • yay! perfection! - bravo on making a TZ vid! serling was so before his time... a genius !!

  • Welcome baack! :D again

  • merry christmas and happy holidays artie!
