There is enduring truth or absolute truths, but they are always based on creation. Man created and defined mathematical concepts so that we can describe the world around us so when we say 1+1=2 we collectively determine that it is true because we created it that way. Similarly God created the universe and our senses and intellect to understand it so we can collectively call our existence and his existence true.

the difference between atheists and christians is that atheists don't make presumptions. we don't know whether a god exists or not, and as the idea of a god has nothing to back it up we don't presume he is there, we don't believe that he exists. that's not the same as believing he doesn't exist.

I feel that a lot of atheists during a debate get caught up in their own rationalism, and even fall victim to the over-application of rationalism, sort of like a grammarian could fall victim to a hypercorrection. Atheists either consciously or unconsciously use reductionism to make their points, then don't realize what they're leaving out. I've debated with a lot of atheists who seem almost drowned in their own ratiocination.
