Any Episcopal Conference is at best unnecessary and at worst bad news.

When I was employed in a parish, I worked for a the pastor who worked for the bishop who worked for the Pope who worked for God - best chain of command I ever saw. It had hierarchy AND local control at the same time. The Episcopal Conference has NO role in the chain of command. Get rid of all of them!
