I've owned several of their discs but never have seen this video. Very atmospheric and elegant. Somehow it reminds me of my vision of what 'The Great Gatsby' would have looked like in real life. That or perhaps reminiscent of 'Somewhere in Time'. Either way, what a beautiful and poignant video underscored by a lush sound with incredible production work. Five stars!

In this track Marian sounds a lot like Peter Skellern. Alphaville have produced some fine music over the years but seem to have always been badly managed. Marian Gold should sing more of these tracks with good musical scores on piano and synth rather than thrashing out on stage with electric guitar and drums. The standard of the live performances both musically and visually is well below what can be achieved.

Oh my god. I've never noticed this before now, but the guy in this video is Mikael Bertelsen, who hosted his first talkshow on Danish television DR2 (Denmark's Radio 2) in 1999, ten years after this video was made. I love that guy. He's so funny.
