All these were taken from the anime. I don't believe that the manga has been liscensed for sale in the US yet.
~And its from 'Suki na mono wa Suki Dakara na Shonagai!!' or 'Sukisho!!' or 'Sukisyo'!!

in response to your comment, there isnt a manga but there is a game.this was formed from that game.There is doujinshis sure but not a manga.
