the reason they weren't seeing many deer is cause the flood a few years back, wiped out huge deer population in southeast kansas.

Good question and you are basically correct. Here is the exception, we have family with property in Kansas and they can transfer their (Hunt-Own-Land) tags over to blood family members if they do not wish to hunt.

Hate to be critical. . . but I would be curious when and how they hunted like this. They said 30 days with a bow, then they pulled out the rifle. Unless there is some exception I am unaware of, you can't hunt that way legally in KS. It is either a bow tag OR a rifle tag for a buck. Curious. . . hmmmm

Excellent long range shooting! 400 yards on a dead run, that's probably mostly luck but it looked damn good on the video.
