@DeiJulie I’m a person who watched Lost and Cloverfield and was unimpressed by the lack of coherent story. If Cloverfield had a bit more back story within the film itself, it would have been a lot better. Just because someone puts a sequel hook at the end of a movie doesn’t make then a genius.

Don’t get me wrong, I like Lost, Cloverfield and J.J. Abrams but genius is a bit of an overstatement.

On pcdj, played forward, it doesn't sound like Help us, it sounds more like Hell ballistic, but they sure did a good job making it sound otherwise. Played backwards...... It definitely says "It's still ---" but that last bit is extremely difficult to make out, he might have enunciated something awkwardly to make it tough to figure out, but I definitely don't think it's "alive" since I hear 3 syllables for that last word, unless they intentionally sneaked a sigh or something there to throw us....
