Start with a Givi Wingrack II, add a couple of home made brackets - one to the top of the shock, and one just behind the seat, where the stock passenger grab rails attached to. Add a brace to link the two racks together for more strengh and stability if you can. It's pretty intuitive if you have the racks and play around with them.
