Try the foam roller exercises in my article on my website for foam roller exercises that open your Chest and open your Shoulder. They should help you as well. You can do the vertical position on a foam roller, but it stretches the chest more than the upper back. You can also do the vertical position with a smaller 18' foam roller, between your shoulders, but that would require balancing on your upper body. It is harder but doable.
can I do the same exercise but with the foam roll in a vertical position? I'm looking exercises for the spine, since I need to work with scoliosis one trainer recommended me the foam roll. Thank you for your help :)
