What is it about the Quran, theres something really beutiful about it, i cant put my finger on it, the wordings, even in english is really really powerful. Telling the history of man, at the same time informing us of unseen issues, telling us of punishments and rewards, describing in great detail scenes, heavy scenes, detailed, you can see it in your minds eye, also describing psychological states of man, but all poetically beutiful. its amazing.

You know its weird, when sheikh al Ajmi recites its kind of like "aggresive". When you hear him reciting ayahs about Qiyamah. punishments and things like that, it really hits home, its hard to explain. You know i was on a plane once, we hit turbulence, plane was all over the place, and i was listening to sheikh al ajmi on the i pod, cant remember what surah, but i was repenting and begging Allah, hes heavy.
