  • good jobmate , may I suggest you try doing 20 reps per hand then 15 reps then 10 reps a side for the remainder- I am sure you will find you will get a lot more reps out.

    you have a good drive to be able to do 30 reps per side- but you are perhaps needlessly fatiguing yourself by doing so many reps per side.

    worth a try.
