yeah but they only tested one type of 5 series and being tested at bmw factories. it was also tested a few times. remember an insurance company carried these tests out. you can't saw all 5 series bmws are bad based on 1 crash test. and only side impact? all cars still show bad results if hit at there side. you still get bad injuries.
