Well, life´s hard because, like from Alien to Ziltoid it was fuckin two years and four records full of kick-ass songs plus one ambient album. Not surprised that Dev was such in a poor condition and decided to do somethin else for awhile. Still love almost everything what the guy has done.

i met devin a few days ago before a show. he's easily the nicest, smartest most articulate person i've ever met. my girlfriend got sick a few days before the show and couldn't make it so he called her and shot the shit for a while. having met the current devin makes this kinda hard to watch.
So what if he is high. Look at how mellow he is. And it enabled his mind to come up with different material. I understand he's sober now for his family's sake, and god bless him for it. But I've been hearing this one same riff from ziltoid, thru addicted, and on decon. And he's reusing lyrics. It's to the point where it isn't creative anymore, it's rehash. I love him, I really do, he's my favorite artist of all time. But I miss stoner Devin, a lot.

His tuning is in C major, c - g = 5th
his 7th string is a low g.
