oh yeah! these were the songs of my teenage days. now, when i hear them, i can remember the carefree days of beach and sun with my friends. thank you for loading these.
these songs remind me of my youth. I am now 66 and can still sing along with the Bros 4. unfortunately the old LPs i had of these songs were stolen, thanks for loading these.
Music is not given enough credit for its impact on individuals and society. The legendary Brothers Four, true pioneers in folk music, remind us that it does.
A couple of my friends and I went to a concert they gave in Calgary in, maybe, 1962/3? We were in our last year of high school and just smitten with these guys. I've got a ticket envelope with all their signatures on it -- closest I ever came to being an actual groupie. ;)
I can still sing all the songs, and I'm thrilled to see and hear that they still sound so good, look so great.
This wasn't exactly what I was seeking when I came here, but it definitely filled the bill! These guys have a wonderful harmony and a gentle delivery. I truly enjoyed this! Thank you for posting it. :-)
In 1964 as a student in Bothell High I was taken by Frank Dupar to a Rotary lunch where I think Dick Foley was the featured speaker. The four were fraternity brothers.
Beautiful pieces! Very mellow and so relaxing. This is one group I've seen that never have to scream & sweat (lol) to bring quality music. In the essence of love, authentic love songs! Wonderful group. More power to Brothers Four!
When I was only 6 years I was listening to The Brothers Four when I was in the car with my father, he liked a lot. I knew all their songs, now I am 34 and not heard them since 5 years ago when my father died. They are amazing and have brought me many memories

It´s ok, but why did they become so famous being from the USA, while I don´t even hear about any celeb from Trinidad-Tobado or Jamaica instead?
Do Caribbeans consider their way really authentic, pure like theirs (Antilleans)?
NOTE: They were not brothers indeed. - Right?

@TheMaraozao The two on the left are. Take a good look at them. They certainly couldn't deny each other! :-)
