Look when you are trying to ride sitting down look at your front tire and once you get about 3 pedales in do that for a little bit once you are comefortable doing that. Have a friend ride in front of you about 30 feet and pedale and look at him then you can stay on Q. Something else that might help. Is when you are on something rather flat put your feet one the ground and put the bars back until it is balanced then let go of the bars but make sure your not going to move...read next one to please
