hi i was going to try and deplicate someof your breads, and for the donuts and cinnamon bread i didnt understand about when you put them in the oven to rise... were you doing the thing where you put the water in the oven or what? and coould you possible tell me like how long they need to rise? thanks for you help and your vids are great :)
